Nasi Lemak

I just love the shape of the coconut rice in the picture!!! Sk did it for me on request, so that it looks neater. My 'sambal prawn' paste is made of 15 shallots, 10 dried chilies, 1cm(2) of belachan and 2 lemon grass ends. Blend into paste and fry till paste emits oil. Then add prawns, lemon juice, sugar and salt to taste.

Today was a nice day, I had this sudden craving for roasted duck and pork. So we had brunch in Taipan which consisted of a big plate of roasted duck and pork rice and several tim sums. Spot on the cravings again!
