Boiled a pack of 'Thean Gourmet Curry Laksa Paste' in 1.5L of water. Seasoned and pan-fried chicken pieces were thrown into the mix. 10 minutes later, 150mil of coconut milk, fresh prawns and 'tou foo poks' were added to the pot. 5 minutes later, Voila! Curry Laksa served with rice noodle and hard boiled egg. Yummmmmmmm..........
