Saturday Night Roast



Lamb Roast..hehe, it turned out quite well this time. I used dried tyme, and chillies infused olive oil, salt (be generous with this, preferbably sea salt) and pepper as marinate. Popped it into my pre-heated oven at 180 celcius for 75mins. (55 mins for every kg). We had it with steamed vege, garlic bread and gravy. Not the healthiest meal you can have but oh so yummy.......
