Salad Crop

Here's proudly presenting the salad crop planted from seeds by yours truly.
I just realised my son hidden a stone in between the leaves after looking at this pic

We harvested some to make an Avocado and Egg salad for dinner tonight.
It's amazing how a 58pence pack of seeds can give me at least a dozen packs of the same salad which cost about £1 each in the supermarket. Of course, homegrown ones are organic, tastier and fresher.
